Kourtnee joined Financial Services of America in 2025, bringing with her a strong background in collaboration and leadership. In her previous role at a credit union, she worked with department heads to improve member satisfaction, creating customized action plans that led to measurable results even during a major merger. She also led an efficiency task force to streamline processes and reduce waste, while contributing to the organization’s DEI council to promote diversity and foster a greater sense of belonging among employees.

Her expertise includes empathetic communication, team collaboration, reporting and analytics, and intuitive problem-solving—skills that allow her to build strong relationships, uncover meaningful insights, and deliver solutions that align with the goals of both clients and colleagues.
