Creating Clarity, Inspiring Happiness & Harmony

A Strategic Partner Who Thrives in the “Figure-It-Out” Space

Rachel brings a dynamic blend of operational leadership, client service, and strategic coordination to her role at Financial Services of America. With a multicultural background shaped by life in an expat family, she brings adaptability and a broad perspective to her work.

Her experience spans organizational and leadership development, corporate communications, event strategy, and cross-functional project management. Rachel is also working toward her Series 65 license as she continues to expand her knowledge and ability to support advisors and clients.

Turning Complexity into Clarity (and Making It Work)

Rachel thrives in the space between big-picture strategy and day-to-day execution, bringing structure to complex processes, improving efficiencies, and keeping priorities moving forward. Her personal philosophy of creating “Happiness & Harmony” reflects her belief that clear systems, thoughtful communication, and strong relationships help teams perform at their best.

Builder of Systems, Connector of People

Rachel brings a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to her work and enjoys finding ways to make things easier, more connected, and more intentional. Outside the office, she serves on the Executive Board of her child’s Parent Teacher Organization and leads large-scale community “Buy Nothing” events that bring families together to share resources and reduce waste.

Life Beyond the Office

Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and finding ways to turn big ideas into reality. She’s guided by a practical yet optimistic outlook and a genuine enthusiasm for bringing people together.

A Note from Rachel:

“I love translating ideas into action, chaos into clarity, and making others feel like they have the space to be their best selves. My goal is simple: remove the noise and support those around me so they can shine!”
